Rebel Soul - May 2016
The band is excited to announce the release of their 3rd studio album - Rebel Soul. It was recorded at the Station House in L.A. by sound engineer Mark Rains (Shooter Jennings and Jamey Johnson). Stay tuned for more release party information!!!

Eighteen Wheels - Live in Orange County is released!

Thank you to everyone who has bought our record in the last 24 hours. Now both albums are searchable in iTunes. We have almost passed some German band of the same name, so keep sharing and supporting us, we really appreciate it. I've been getting lots of liner notes questions, so I will post them here. Before doing so, I have to say some special thanks:
Joe Corcoran has been an amazing friend throughout this process. Although he has many legit projects he works on, he always takes time to work with me on this project. On this record he plays lead and rhythm guitars, does all the harmony vocal work, and has been a regular member of Truckstop since 2008. He also mixed the album and worked with the engineer in the mastering process. His musical instincts and advice were critical in the production of the album. Joe, I cannot thank you enough.
Christopher Allis is an amazing talent and a great friend. He is one of those people you always wish you had more time to hang out with him. He is a true renaissance man. He played drums on this record and has been a regular member of Truckstop since 2009. If you are a musician you cannot help but listen to this record and think "the drummer is holding that whole thing together!"
Jared Leifert is a regular bass player on other projects with Joe and Christopher. Jesse Anderegg, my partner in this project since 2004 was home with his wife Chris while they were having their 3rd child. Jared stepped in prepared and killed it that night. He and Christopher are locked in like Alcatraz. While I missed Jesse not being there, I really appreciated the work Jared did on such an important night for our band.

Back at The Hangar
After going back to square one at the OC Fair last year, we are back on The Hangar stage this year! We will be kicking off our set at 1:30 on August 8th. Live at OC Fair from our 2009 show is being released the same week so consider our set a release party! We will post a link to the new record when it drops. Keep truckin' y'all...

OC Fair 2010-2013
Hey Truckers,
We played the fair again in 2010 in the Hangar, 2011 in the Corral, took 2012 off and we're back and this year on The Meadows Stage. Our line up is set now with Ben on lead vocals, Jesse on Bass and harmony backing vocals, Joe on lead and singing the high harmony, Christopher on percussion and singing the low harmony and Joel on lead and rhythm guitar. Go to Me and Johnny at the OC Fair 2013 to see this and out latest videos. Thank you to everyone that came out to see us and we'll see you next year!

Holy honky-tonk! We had such a blast the two nights we played OC Fair in August 2009! We were fortunate enough to be asked to play the Livestock Arena for a partying crowd! Thank you OC Fair for allowing us the opportunity, and we'll see y'all there again next year! The August 8th show was recorded in it's entirety so look for Truckstop - Live in Orange County soon...hopefully the first part of 2010!!!

Our Crazy Summer 2009!

Having said that, we have had some good friends sit in with us as we have toured county fairs this summer. Joe had to flee the country to roof his Mom's house over July 4, so Joel played SD Co. Fair with us. Jesse decided to have yet another baby (well Chris actually birthed it), so Jared played the OC Fair shows with us. Dave would rather play power pop in Utah :), so Christopher played an SD Fair date, and two of the OC Fair shows. We consider all of them part of the Truckstop family. You can sure feel the appreciation we have for each other when you see us together live.
